Reception hall for Mr Midnight of Tokyo is a liminal space between diumal and nocturnal worlds sitting in a void of Shinjuku station in Tokyo. The station sits on the edge of two worlds  - awake / real/ and oneiric / surreal – which are inhabited in alternating manner ‘hero’ of Tokyo – a Salaryman. He enters a strange spatial sequence through a concealed door of a public toilet cubicle subsequently descending into a strange world.
